I'm starting a Monday night 7:00 book group to go through Natalia Rose's RAW FOOD DETOX DIET. We can make her awesome Green Lemonade, sip and read a chapter, chat it up and share tips, then hula hoop and/or swim in my pool! Or we can have a big potluck dinner afterwards...whatever inspires us to leave with a smile on our faces. Her book includes really liveable "levels" for transitioning into a rawfoods lifestyle, as well as great information on colon care, etcetera. I love it!
